Mandate Order's Early Access launch version ships without a developer console or cheat commands. The game is built around city-building and tactical simulation, so all progress is earned through normal play. The table below collects the debug and convenience options available at launch.

| Time speed controls | Pause, 1x, 4x, and 12x speed for planning and fast-forwarding. |
| Save / Load | Manual saves plus autosaves; see the save-system mechanic for slot behavior. |
| Fuzzy building search | Search by initials, pinyin, or Chinese characters; press Tab to switch to item search. |
| Free-draw formation movement | Right-click drag with a unit selected to draw a custom formation path. |
| Building rotation | Q key or left-click drag in build mode rotates building orientation. |

Bugs courants & solutions

Check these points:
- Is the building still under construction? (It must finish building first.)
- Has a 伍 been assigned? (Check the Overview tab.)
- Has it reached the production cap you set?
- Are there enough work materials in range?
- Check the Production tab for the reason it's not working.
Check the morale panel:
- Is the food need met?
- Is the housing need met? (Enough tents?)
- Is fuel stockpiled for winter?
- Are wells supplying water normally?
Building requires laborers to haul materials:
- Check if there are idle laborers (only unassigned laborers do construction work).
- Check if materials are sufficient.
- Check if roads are passable.
Raise morale:
- Meet all morale needs.
- When morale is high, new 伍 join.
- Some special events also grant population.
- Population only arrives at the start of each month.
